Sutra in English : Truthful speech (= Satya-bhaashaNa)
Swami Dayanand Saraswati Commentary : Always speaking whatever is in one's knowledge, and making it free from the defects of impossibility, etc., is called 'Truthful Speech'.

महर्षि दयानन्द व्याख्या : जैसा कुछ अपने आत्मा में हो और असम्भवादि दोषों से रहित करके सदा वैसा सत्य ही बोले, उसको 'सत्यभाषण' कहते हैं ।
