Swami Dayanand Saraswati Commentary : The act of insistence in false knowledge, false speech, or lie is the name of ‘Denunciation’; in which defects are advised in place of (real) qualities, that is called ‘Denunciation’.
In Hindi:
महर्षि दयानन्द व्याख्या : जो मिथ्या ज्ञान, मिथ्या भाषण, झूठ में आग्रहादि क्रिया का नाम है निन्दा, जिससे गुण छोड़कर उनके स्थान में अवगुण लगाना होता है, वह 'निन्दा ' कहाती है ।
