Sutra in English : Adept (= Aapta)
Swami Dayanand Saraswati Commentary : The one who is devoid of defects of deceit and others, virtuous, intellectual, preacher of truth, by being compassionate with everyone, always manifest the sun of knowledge in the Souls of ignorants by destroying the darkness of nescience, is called an ‘Adept’.
In Hindi:
महर्षि दयानन्द व्याख्या : जो छलादि दोषरहित, धर्मात्मा, विद्वान सत्योपदेष्टा, सब पर कृपा दृष्टि से वर्तमान होकर, अविद्यान्धकार का नाश कर के अज्ञानी लोगों के आत्माओं में विद्या रूप सूर्य का प्रकाश सदा करे, उसको 'आप्त' कहते हैं।
